A PHILOSOPHY OF LEADERSHIP

LEADERSHIP BEGINS WITH LISTENING.

Every National Olympic Committee deserves to be heard, respected and represented.

TRUST IS BUILT THROUGH INTEGRITY.

Trust is built every day through transparency, responsibility and accountability.

COOPERATION CREATES LASTING PROGRESS.

The future of our Olympic Family must be built together.

INNOVATION MUST SERVE PEOPLE.

Innovation creates value when it expands opportunities for athletes and strengthens National Olympic Committees.

INSTITUTIONS MUST REMAIN ACCOUNTABLE.

Strong institutions are built on responsibility, transparency and exemplary governance.

ATHLETES MUST REMAIN AT THE HEART OF EVERY DECISION.

Every decision must ultimately serve those at the heart of the Olympic Movement: our athletes.

LOOKING TO THE FUTURE

Experience provides perspective. The future demands vision.

ANOC Vision 2036 builds on four decades of Olympic leadership to prepare ANOC for the transformations of the next decade.

The coming decade will redefine the global sporting landscape: digital transformation, artificial intelligence, environmental sustainability, evolving governance standards and geopolitical change.

Preparing for these challenges means strengthening institutions today while inspiring future generations tomorrow. That is the ambition of ANOC Vision 2036.

Not simply to respond to change. But to lead it.
